Labour is charged separately. The final price is set by the technician on site once the job has been assessed, and is always given to the customer before the work starts. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is made on site by card or in cash and we issue a tax receipt for every job. Surcharges for work outside standard hours are listed in the price list.

6. Liability for the work carried out
We work non-destructively wherever possible. If the lock is already mechanically damaged or the multi-point mechanism has failed, a destructive method may be unavoidable; the technician will point this out and agree it with the customer before starting. We are liable for defects in the work under Section 2615 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code.
7. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer who orders a service remotely normally has 14 days to withdraw from the contract. With an emergency call-out, however, the customer expressly asks the technician to start immediately; once the work is completed, the right of withdrawal ceases under Section 1837(a) of the Czech Civil Code. We point this out to the customer before the work starts.
