Keys locked inside the car start at 1,300 CZK, opening a locked passenger car at 1,900 CZK, opening a truck at 2,000 CZK and opening a locked boot at 1,500 CZK. On top of that comes the standard call-out of 700 CZK; at night we have the emergency call-out on offer at 449 CZK. The final price depends on the type of vehicle and on the time of day: at night, on Sundays and on public holidays a surcharge on the work applies according to the price list. If a child or a pet is left inside the car, say so at the very start of the call: that call-out goes first. When you ring, it helps to give the make and model of the car and the exact parking spot, so the technician brings the right tools straight away.
We can help with that too. If the key has snapped, we first remove the remaining piece from the lock with precision tools, then open the car so that neither the mechanism nor the bodywork is harmed. If the remote has stopped responding, we proceed as with a normal emergency opening. We also cope with secured vehicles and central locking systems.
